What you share
The request form asks what you would like to talk about, your name, reply email and a short message. Phone is optional. A design reference may be carried over from the gallery. Please keep payment details and private documents out of this first message.
How it is used
On a connected site, the form sends your details to 21 Florals through the site’s notification service so we can reply about your design. It does not create an account, place an order or take a payment. Use the request form to ask about a previous message or request a correction.
